LCAT      Project Manager

Location    Washington, DC

Role      CMO Business Operations Post Go-Live Incident Project Manager (PID 1761)

Activities   

Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. Conduct cross-functional action team, providing support to adoption, incident management, and identification of coaching opportunities. Support deployment sites analysis of incidents related to Business Operations (Revenue Cycle) solutions, identify trends and root causes. Develop recommendations for resolution, ensure functional validation of burndown and closeout. Support development of communications to functional communities.

Requirements   

Minimum qualifications:

   Minimum of 10 years of experience. An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be    substituted for degree requirements

   Must be well versed in lifecycle and project management methodologies

   Experience managing Information Technology related projects

   Experience in tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress

   Understanding of core healthcare Revenue Cycle functions and relationship with clinical activity

   Proficient in data analysis and communicating data-driven insights

   Able to identify and mitigate risks in complex environment

   Detail-oriented and proactive in incident resolution management

Highly Preferred qualifications:

   Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs

   Experience with Health IT Implementation and Business Operations

Education Requirement:

   Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline
