LCAT           Project Manager

Location    Washington, DC

Role           Business Operations Requirement Lifecycle Analyst (PID 1766)

Activities   

Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. Manage requirement submission, continuously assesses baseline gaps and emerging requirements. Facilitate functional interaction with OEHRM Requirements Management process to expedite review of all artifacts, and support impact analyses for funding and scope management.

Requirements   Minimum qualifications:

   Minimum of 10 years of experience. An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be    substituted for degree requirements

   Must be well versed in lifecycle and project management methodologies

   Experience managing Information Technology related projects

   Experience triaging user functional requirements and driving through requirement management    lifecycle

   Able to map current and future state business processes, informing requirement gap analysis

   Able to identify and mitigate risks in complex environment

   Experience in applying prioritization criteria to decision-making

Education Requirement:

   Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific    /technical discipline

Preferred qualifications:

   Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs

   Experience with Health IT Implementation and Healthcare Revenue Cycle
