Job Overview/Activities   

Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a CCT Project Manager. Manage relationships with testing partners and suppliers. Assist with operations oversight and report updates to OEHRM executive leadership. Capture and report lessons learned. Ensure processes align to HR team requirements. Develops templates for pre-travel and post-travel checklist, readiness roster, contact tracing documents, and rider records.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience. An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
  • Strong leadership, written/oral communications, analytics, data gathering and organization skills
  • Experience managing Information Technology related projects
  • Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
  • Experience in monitoring, tracking and documenting progress with assigned tasks
  • Able to identify and mitigate risks

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline

Preferred qualifications:

   Experience with VA or DoD

   Organizational skills to manage projects for large numbers of resources and travel
