Six Month Assignment

Please note: This role will be based at a private hangar - Philadelphia Airport - No Ramp related duties
- Provide comprehensive proactive administrative support
- Routinely handle all administrative support duties, including setting up meetings, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendar and proactive email management.
- Administrative assistant to perform accounts payable functions and basic accounting duties to include: Reconciling vendor receipts and charges
- Liaise with Procurement and Accounts Payable to create purchase orders, pay invoices, track payment status, reconcile p-card purchases.
- Exercise judgment and will act independently while handling administrative details for a variety of matters in the department including communication with other departments, outside companies, consultants, vendors and internal company senior managers;
- Prioritize work to meet department needs, exercising initiatives and judgment in making decisions.
- Will occasionally assist with basic ad hoc tasks in support of management and front office.
